Provost Skene’s House, Immersive Museum
Provost Skene’s House is a museum that celebrates the pioneering people of Aberdeen and the North-East of Scotland, visionaries, innovators, and creatives who have shaped the city and impacted the world. The Hall of Heroes is a stunning tribute to 10 of Aberdeen’s most influential sons and daughters. This immersive projection-mapped museum experience blends motion design, animation, and illusionary storytelling to bring history to life. Inspired by the ethereal beauty of the Northern Lights, the space transforms with dynamic visuals, light, and movement, enveloping visitors in a captivating journey through Aberdeen’s legacy.
Working in collaboration with exhibition designers Studioarc, we at Bright Side Studios applied our expertise in immersive storytelling, projection mapping, and digital experiences. Together, we crafted a multi-sensory theatrical experience that seamlessly blends historical narratives with cutting-edge animation and immersive storytelling.
